1. 14 Days Exchange/Refund Policy

If the Goods are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase due to damage or manufacturing issues, we offer the option of a Credit Note or Refund of the invoice value. However, the following conditions must be maintained:

  • The Goods are in working condition.
  • The Goods are free from any scratches or damage.
  • The Goods are unused and have not been installed.
  • All spare parts and accessories are returned in their original packaging along with the packed items.
  • The product is unused, returned in its original condition, and any unwrapped hygiene items are not accepted. The product should be in a sellable condition.

2. Important Note

  • The original invoice is mandatory for any Exchange, Credit Note, or Refund requests. We will not be able to honor any requests for Exchange, Refunds, or Credit Notes if the above points are not followed.
  • If any damage is not reported during purchase and installation, we cannot be held liable to offer any Exchange, Credit Note, or Refund.
  • In case the delivery is returned after confirmation by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery charges, and the refund amount is subject to the courier fee rate.

3. Repair or Replacement

Goods that are eligible for repair or replacement will be granted based on product availability. We will make every effort to ensure a suitable solution is provided to address any issues with the product.

4. Special Offers and Sales Promotion

Please note that goods purchased on "Special Offers" or "Sales Promotion" are not eligible for return or refund. However, a Credit Note may be offered if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for your next purchase.

5. Refunds Process

The refund process typically takes 7-10 working days to complete. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds; instead, the refund amount will be issued via the original payment method used.
