Dhofar Global Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Dhofar Global Trading LLC. (“Dhofar Global”)

Except as otherwise defined in this document, capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning

attributed to such terms in the Definitions section of our Website Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

1.1 All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order,

we will notify you and endeavor to provide a suitable solution with a view to completing your order as

soon as is reasonably practicable.

1.2 While we use efforts to ensure that the colors, details and other attributes of the products displayed

on our website are accurate, we cannot guarantee that the products delivered will be an exact match

with the images displayed on our website. In this respect, please note that all images of products on

our website are provided merely for illustrative purposes.

2. Delivery Location

The products displayed on our website and only available for purchase and delivery to customers

situated in the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Qatar.

3. Delivery Time

3.1 An estimated delivery time for delivery of your products will be 48 hrs once your order is placed.

Delivery times are indicative and estimates and are calculated from the day following the day when the

product(s) is / are shipped out to a valid delivery address provided to us. As stated above, delivery times

are indicative only and may only be used as guidelines and remain subject to acceptance and approval

of your order by us (in its sole discretion).

3.2 Save in the case of exceptional circumstances, we endeavor to fulfill all order within fifteen (15)

business days following the date the order is processed and completed. For the purpose of this

document, “business day” shall mean such days other than weekends or officially declared public

holidays in the country of purchase, being either of the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman

or the State of Qatar.

3.3 As mentioned above, the delivery and shipping times provided are indicative and estimates and we

provide no guarantee with respect to the exact dates or time periods for delivery. In the event of any

delay in shipping or delivery of any of the ordered products, we shall not be liable with respect to the

same and you, by placing the order, confirm that you shall have no recourse to us for any delayed or

failed delivery.

4. Damaged Delivery

If a delivery arrives damaged, or you suspect that an item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours

of receipt. We kindly request you provide us with photos of the damaged package so that we can

initiate a claim with the freight company. If the delivery is signed for, you will be required to indicate

on the package that the package has been delivered damaged. We will work closely with you to arrange

for a replacement or issue a refund as need may be.

5. Domestic Orders:

5.1 The following conditions are applicable for shipping within the GCC.

5.2 Free shipping shall not be available unless otherwise stated during a specific offer advertised on our

website. All applicable shipping charges shall be published on the website or notified to the customer

/ you (if required) at the time of placement of the order.

5.3 Delivery of orders shall take place during the usual business times (that is, between 9:00 AM to 6:00

PM) on business days (as defined in paragraph 3.2 above).

5.4 We appreciate that some orders may be placed during non-business days (that is, during holidays), in

which case there may be an added delay given pressures on delivery infrastructure. We, Dhofar Global,

make no guarantees forshipping or deliveries during public holidays. We request our customers to plan

their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays.

6. Cancellation of Order:

We understand that there may be times when orders need to be canceled. Buyers can request a

cancellation before the order is processed on the portal. Cancellation of orders after the same have

been processed shall be at the sole discretion of Dhofar Global and any costs associated with the same

shall be borne solely by the customer.

7. Mandatory Requirements for shipping:

7.1 It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide correct shipping and delivery details which

should include, but may not be limited to, full name of the person / business to whom delivery is to be

effected and their / its full address with city / region/ country, postal code, landmarks(if any) and contact

numbers (including alternate contact numbers in case the primary number is unreachable).

7.2 For the purpose of acceptance of the order and its delivery, it is the sole responsibility of the

customer to ensure that they are present at the time and location of delivery to receive the order. You

should, therefore, make all necessary arrangements to ensure someone is available to accept the

delivery.

8. Liability of Dhofar Global:

8.1 Dhofar Global will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible;

however, any delay in delivery or loss of or damage to any ordered goods shall not result in any liability

of Dhofar Global save where the damage or loss is due to the gross negligence of Dhofar Global.

8.2 Dhofar Global shall not be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information. In

addition, we do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags in delivering

the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
