Dhofar Global is committed to providing efficient and timely delivery of orders. Please read the following information regarding our delivery process:

1. Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If your order is received over a weekend or bank holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders received before 12 at noon (GMT) are generally dispatched the same day if payment has been cleared.

2. International Deliveries

Deliveries to countries outside the locally represented country may be subject to customs, regulatory, or legal restrictions. It is important to note that you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, import duty, or complete formal customs entry to comply with local legislation. We regret that we are unable to offer any assistance or advice in these matters.

3. OFAC Sanctions Countries

Dhofar Global strictly adheres to the law of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and does not deal with or provide any services or products to any countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

4. Problem with Delivery

If delivery is not possible within 14 days of receiving the order, we will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes. In such cases, you will be given the option to cancel the order or receive a full refund of the payment made.

5. Damaged Delivery

If a delivery arrives damaged, or you suspect that an item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We kindly request you provide us with photos of the damaged package so that we can initiate a claim with the freight company. If the delivery is signed for, please make a note on the delivery document that the package has been delivered damaged. We will work closely with you to arrange for a replacement or, in certain circumstances, issue a refund.

6. Order Acceptance

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are present at the time of delivery to receive the order. Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

7. Display of Products

While we make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately on the website, please be aware that the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
